ATU offers wellbeing supports for students:


Supports include: medical services, student counselling, disability support, chaplaincy, healthy campus and financial support.

Key National Services 


Some face-to-face services are restricted at the moment because of the Covid-19 outbreak, but a number of organisations are still providing: online support and counselling, phone support and text support.

Brought to you by HSE Health and Wellbeing, this evidence-based programme provides a unique opportunity for people to learn more about mindfulness, gratitude, self-care and resilience.
